Priya Kundu, PsyD

Priya is a licensed and board-certified psychiatrist working in New York City. She currently works at the NYU Student Health Center, working with undergraduate and graduate students at NYU seeking out psychiatric support. Prior to that, she worked for an NGO serving the homeless and underserved population. She also has a private practice in which she counsels adults struggling with various mental health concerns. Prior to moving to New York, she worked on a fellowship for 2 years in Rwanda through “Partners in Health”, a non-profit organization providing direct health care services all over the world. She was instrumental in setting up mental health services, policy and training local providers there. She enjoys working with people from diverse populations and various backgrounds. She is also a first-generation Indian American, and grew up in the midwest.
