Shamar has been a non-profit leader for over 16 years. He has raised $100M+ in public and corporate partnerships as well as individual, institutional, and corporate giving. He builds and operationalizes data-focused donor solicitation and stewardship strategies that entail international and domestic fundraising programs. While tapping into new funder segments, he retains and expands existing portfolios by elevating the donor experience through consistent recognition and engagement.
